    Sacred dance (Bellydance & Indian Dance Traditions)

    Every woman is a goddess!  I have been teaching and practicing for over a
    decade now and have a wealth of knowledge to share with you.  If you have
    been curious to try belly dance, allow me to be your teacher on this path of the
    sacred feminine!

    Indian dance is a vast tradition and goes back thousands of years. To become a
    dance master of Indian dance, one would have to be practicing from a very
    early age and have a daily sadhana, or spiritual discipline. However, anyone
    can benefit from learning Indian dance postures, moves, and dance
    choreographies.  I had the pleasure and good fortune of studying this dance in
    its three most well-known forms - classical, bollywood, and bhangra.  As part
    of the Kundalini Yoga tradition, we learn bhangra to cleanse the glands and
    give the whole body a workout that is even better than our yoga sessions!  

    I teach bellydance at an expert level and Indian dance at a beginner's level.
    Indian dance even at beginner's level is the best workout I have ever
    experienced. It is challenging, will make you sweat, and has yogic principles
    infused in every step.

    You do not need any dance background or experience to practice these dance
    forms.
    Mantra Music

    The power of sound has fascinated me for most of my life.  Through Kundalini
    Yoga training I studied and practiced Sanskrit and Gurmukhi, a derivation of
    Sanskrit as the language of light. I truly believe and have seen that Mantras
    can transform, heal and totally change one's life for the better.  Click on this
